Strategic Spiritual Care Practice Director

Lead transformative spiritual health initiatives with AHS as the Spiritual Care Practice Director. Drive innovation and collaboration across provincial projects while supporting workforce development and interprofessional practices.
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Executive Director and shapes the practice of Spiritual Health Practitioners in Alberta Health Services. You will focus on strategic leadership, implementing best practices and evidence-based care models while proactively addressing workforce challenges. Engage with internal and external partners to develop coalition-driven innovations that enhance spiritual care.
