The Human Resources Director will oversee key human capital functions for operations, including: 
HR Strategy & Leadership: Design and implement people strategies that drive business objectives, culture, and employee engagement. 
Organizational Development & Change Management: Partner with senior leaders to manage workforce planning, organizational design, change initiatives and talent development programs. Develop solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and overall effectiveness. 
We are seeking an accomplished HR executive with skills experience leading human resources across multiple sites.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational depth strategic vision as well as ability to build strong relationships among stakeholders
