Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader — Mexico City

Tinuiti (Mexico) is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Mexico City to lead recruitment efforts and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. This role involves owning the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with business leaders, and building proactive talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have 6–9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in digital marketing or high-growth environments, and must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
