• Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for Lazada’s KPIs, key battles, and initiatives
• Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
• Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations
• Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Perform post‑mortem analyses on Lazada’s projects, initiatives, and executions

Strategy, Planning, and Project management

• Scope, plan, and execute project plans in varying degrees of independence
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, contingencies, and process improvements
• Understand frequency Lazada’s business and operations holistically. Pay attention to the rationale, value, design, and impact of each execution through research writing, data analyses, and solution proposals
