Ops Clock & Leadtime: Implement initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time
Manpower Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor manpower supply/demand trends, Support Workforce Management to ensure headcount commitment from agencies. Perform analysis on arrival curve and machine throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan.
Truck Productivity: Monitor linehaul truck productivity, perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI, implement initiatives to improve truck productivity.
New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plan and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams
Other Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce or logistics industry
