Job Description

• Ops Clock & Leadtime: Implement initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time
• Truck Supply Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor truck supply/demand trends, Support Agency Management to ensure supply commitment from agencies. Perform analysis on arrival curve and outbound throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan.
• Truck Productivity: Monitor linehaul truck productivity, perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI, implement initiatives to improve truck productivity.
• New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plan and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams
• Other Ad-hoc projects

Requirements
