Strategy Consultant - Retail

A client in the retail industry is seeking a Retail Strategy Consultant to join the team for an initial 3-month engagement, with potential to extend. You will lead and support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders on both the consultancy and client side. You will report into a senior engagement lead and play a key role in driving performance, customer‑centricity and commercial impact across the client's transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategy development and implementation across several retail workstreams, including customer, commercial and operational topics
• Own day‑to‑day delivery of specific projects, ensuring milestones are met and outputs are of a high consulting standard
