About the role

The Strategy & Growth Lead will work with the Head of New Media, helping translate vision into executable plans, investment cases and scalable operating models.

This role sits across strategy, operations and growth, working closely with editorial, creative, production, commercial and finance teams to ensure New Media continues to scale.

You will play a key role in:

• shaping where we invest,
• how we grow,
• and how we structure the business to support long-term success.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and day-to-day problem solving.
