The Job

• Own and evolve KPI frameworks that measure Trust & Safety performance, risk exposure, and operational health.
• Lead forecasting, capacity modeling, and scenario planning to inform hiring, investment, and prioritization decisions.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses into risk trends, enforcement quality, operational efficiency, and emerging platform challenges.
• Build scalable dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools to increase visibility and enable faster decision‑making.
• Identify structural inefficiencies and propose data‑backed recommendations for process improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Operations leaders to inform roadmap decisions through analytics.
• Design measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of policy updates, tooling enhancements, and operational experiments.
