About The Role

Uber Delivery is transforming on-demand delivery and making everyday experiences more convenient - from ordering meals from local restaurants to shopping for groceries and everyday essentials. Across Latin America, the Delivery team helps create value for customers, merchant partners, and delivery earners by enabling new ways to connect and grow through the platform.

The Strategic Merchant Operations Manager role is an opportunity to help scale and strengthen the Uber Eats business across LATAM. In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams and some of Uber Eats' largest restaurant partners to drive operational excellence, identify growth opportunities, and improve business performance. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, strong relationship management, and a hands‑on approach to execution.
