As part of the Global Operations team for Retail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a top-tier experience for merchants on the Uber platform.

You will support merchants in growing their businesses through Uber, providing world-class delivery experiences to customers.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with local operations, financial and commercial teams globally, as well as with Retail leadership and product development teams.

You will be responsible for supporting strategic projects to improve our merchants' experience in our platform, improving internal workflows, and helping to drive overall business growth and partner success.
