We are seeking a Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst to drive operational excellence, program transparency, and cross-functional alignment within our technology organization. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to manage complex programs, optimize processes, and ensure measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional program execution, tracking status, risks, and blockers
Standardize governance processes, planning cycles, and OKR alignment across teams
Configure and manage Jira workflows, automations, and reporting
Track budgets, forecast spend, and optimize costs across projects
