The Strategy Support Engineer will will support the strategy of the program as required. He is motivated to reach goals and objectives and promote high-standards, quality of service. The role requires travelling to race events.

Strategy Support 

Assist as required
Provide independent advice to Strategy Lead
Pre Event 

History - Last Event & Last Year
Tyre Modelling - Energy/Deg/Wear/Warmup, by Compound/Track Temp/Individual Wheel for Algorithm
BOP – Summary & Sensitivity
Weather, base numbers, event/track/car
Overview & Software Specific, energy eave – efficiency, cost/benefit
Regulation review
Event (Lead Up to Race)
