Position: Streaming Engineer
Working Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Check the feed 30 minutes before event start to ensure readiness.

  • Monitor the entire live program and remain attentive throughout the event, ensuring proper cutaways.

  • Identify and report issues such as black screens, frozen frames, hits, or stream loss .

  • Execute fallback switching to playout content when issues arise (e.g., black screens).

  • Escalate issues to Tier 2 support when advanced technical troubleshooting...
