POSITION OVERVIEW The Strong Roots Youth and Family Resilience Program Support Worker is a 12-month temporary position, with the possibility of an extension. Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the Support Worker is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and oversight of programming dedicated to the youth and families of Driftpile Cree Nation.

This role focuses on fostering resilience by addressing the ongoing impacts of the Indian Residential School system through a foundation of education, culture, and healing. Together, the Coordinator and Support Worker will cultivate safe, supportive environments where youth can explore Cree identity, intergenerational strength, and historical awareness.
