Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Structural Engineer with strong experience in metal (steel) and wood frame structures for residential and commercial real estate projects in the United States, primarily Texas. This role will support modular housing design, transportation, lifting, and foundation systems.

Primary Requirements – Structural Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in structural engineering
• Proven experience designing steel and wood frame structures for real estate projects
• Hands-on experience preparing design submittals for construction in Texas
