Structural and Technical Supervisor

Job Summary

The Structural and Technical Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the section's performance in delivering timely and accurate design analysis and estimation services to the Sales Division and Installation Group.

This role manages a team of engineers handling structural design analysis using computer-aided design (CAD) software, preparation of material and labor quotations, and generation of cutting lists for SFPI product lines. The position ensures that all designs and estimates comply with structural codes, standard estimating parameters, and cost-efficiency targets while supporting Sales in achieving competitive project bids.

Planning & Organizing

• Assign, supervise, and manage manpower for all incoming projects
• Plan and schedule activities of engineers under supervision
• Analyze and submit unit performance reports, including workload distribution
