The Role

Nolwazi Projects is expanding its Technical Field Operations team. We are looking for hands-on, skilled candidates to join our Structural Assembly Technicians. Unlike our ground-level support roles, this position is physically demanding and requires working at heights. You will be responsible for the precise assembly and installation of racking systems, ensuring every component meets our strict safety tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install racking components including frames, beams, and bracing.
• Interpret technical layout drawings for accurate installation.
• Ensure all work meets strict safety tolerances.
• Work at heights and adhere to site safety protocols.
• Travel to client sites in Gauteng, and occasionally to projects in the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.
