Coordinate structural design for landed housing projects to ensure buildability, compliance and smooth site execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate structural design with QP, architects, and M&E consultants to ensure alignment and constructability
• Review structural drawings, details, and specifications for buildability and site practicality
• Identify and resolve design clashes; lead and participate in coordination meetings
• Support authority submissions, technical clarifications, and consultant coordination
• Review shop drawings, BBS, and temporary works proposals for structural accuracy and compliance
• Provide technical support to site teams and propose value engineering and buildability improvements

Requirements:
