Structural Design Engineer-FPSO

Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:•Candidate shall be Civil Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate, having 4 to 12 years’ experience in EPCC/EPCM Company, with minimum 2 to 6 years relevant experience in offshore industry with independently performing structural design of FPSO Topside Modules. •Candidate must hold sound knowledge of SACS, STAAD Pro and Navis Works software. •Must familiar with design specifications and Codes AISC, API RP2A, Conceptual study, FEED & other studies.•Must be familiar with detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design.•Must familiar with different type of analysis for Topside module’s (In-Place, Hydro Test, Lift Analysis, Barge Transportation, Load-Out Analysis, Spectrum analysis, Dynamic analysis.•Able to perform FEM analysis for typical joint connections. •Familiar with knowledge of strength, buckling, fatigue and dynamic behaviour of structures.•Technical reviews of Engineering drawings prepared for the scope modules•Preparation o...
