Structural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 3D models and production-level 2D drawings of offshore structures and general arrangement drawings using professional 3D modeling tools (E3D, PDMS, or similar) and 2D AutoCAD software
• Produce detailed drawings including beams, brackets, welds, flanges, bolted connections, and materials take-off for fabrication of offshore assemblies
• Prepare technical documentation and support construction teams with detailed fabrication drawings, weight calculations, and bill of materials
• Prepare material take-offs, weight estimates, and maintain technical drawings through project lifecycles
• Interface with engineers, and fabrication teams, ensuring alignment throughout all design stages
• Understanding of structural steel detailing, Classification Rules and basic offshore engineering principles
