Structural Detailer

A high-end residential builder is seeking a Structural Detailer to support the delivery of bespoke extensions and new homes. This is a technically focused role offering hands-on mentoring from an experienced Construction Manager and exposure to premium, architecturally designed projects.

You will be responsible for producing clear, buildable structural documentation and working closely with project and site teams to ensure designs are well resolved prior to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate structural drawings and documentation for high-end residential projects

• Develop and maintain 3D models and construction documentation using Revit

• Translate architectural and engineering designs into practical, buildable structural details
