Structural Engineer

SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Ontario to lead structural projects and manage a team of engineers and EITs. This role combines hands‑on technical design with people leadership, project oversight, and client coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and delivery of projects in compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and applicable CSA standards. This role will act as a technical authority while fostering professional growth and high‑quality delivery within the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assign, manage, and validate the work of junior staff.

Mentor designers/drafters.

Act as the Engineer of Record.

Provide structural analysis & design of various permanent structures and temporary systems such as deep excavation shoring, formwork, falsework, building shoring, bridge...
