Hiring – Junior Structural Engineer (Pakistan → North American Wood Design)
We're building a North American residential structural design team and are hiring a Junior Structural Engineer based in Pakistan who wants to move beyond local RCC work into light-frame wood construction for US projects.
What you'll do:
* Work on real US residential permit projects (single-family, duplex, small multi-family).
* Design foundations, framing layouts, beams, columns and connections in a BIM/CAD workflow.
* Transition from RCC + basic steel to light-frame and heavy timber design under senior guidance.
What we're looking for:
* 1–3 years experience in RCC structural design (slabs, beams, columns, foundations).
* Basic understanding of steel beam/column behavior and load paths.
* Strong calculation discipline (hand/Excel) and clean drafting habits...
