Structural Fitter – Industrial & Marine Projects

Job Overview Flexx Workforce is currently hiring an experienced Structural Fitter for upcoming industrial and marine projects. This role is focused on fitting structural steel components not pipe. We are looking for dependable tradesmen with experience in shipyards, fabrication shops, or heavy industrial environments. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications Measure, layout, and fit structural steel components Assemble beams, plates, and structural assemblies to spec Tack weld components for final welding Use grinders, torches, hand tools, and measuring instruments Work alongside welders and other trades Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all job site safety standards and procedures Requirements Requirements 25+ years of structural fitting experience (NOT pipe fitting) Strong blueprint reading skills (structural drawings) Experience in shipyard, fabrication shop, or industrial setting preferred Ability to pass: Drug screeni...
