Structural Foreman

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Structural Foreman or similar role

• Knowledge in structural works (rebar, formworks, concrete works, etc.)

• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with engineers

• Can read and interpret construction drawings

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor structural construction activities

• Ensure work is done according to plans, schedule, and safety standards

• Coordinate with site engineers and workers

• Maintain quality control on site
