Job Summary

We are seeking a Structural Precast Drafter with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in precast concrete detailing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate precast shop drawings and coordination drawings in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed precast shop drawings including panels, beams, columns, slabs, staircases, and connections.
• Develop GA drawings, assembly drawings, and production drawings for precast elements.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local standards, and precast manufacturing requirements.
