As Structural Supervisor, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and direction to trade teams and project personnel, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in executing the weekly plan, managing structural steel and piping activities, and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise structural steel dismantling, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.

  • Oversee piping fabrication and installation.

  • Induct and manage site employees and subcontractors.

  • Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.

  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
