Structure Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to oversee structural works on a major commercial building project on the Gold Coast. This role suits someone with strong technical capability across concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and structural packages, and who can drive high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

You will work closely with the Site Manager, Project Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure the structural stages of the project are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day structural works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, structural steel, and associated packages
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe delivery of works
• Implement and maintain safety standards, site procedures, SWMS, and compliance requirements
