Functional 
Implement products strategy and business plans to achieve financial targets.
Due diligence and product evaluation for on-boarding process and manage relationship with Global Market and other counterparties to secure quality products, in compliance to regulatory requirement and internal guidelines.
Manage business relationship with counterparties and internal stakeholders, with the objective of securing quality products, in compliance to regulatory requirement and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with Wealth Marketing team to formulate product marketing strategy in driving Structured Products business.
Provide feedback on research developments in the local financial services market place.
