Job Description Pricing and developing financial solutions for structured products across Equity, Credit and FX Conduct day-to-day BAU for structured products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies Pre-trade marketing and post-sales efforts including pitchbook preparation and participation in client meetings Payoff Risk and P&L impact pre-trade and post-trade scenario analysis Participation in the launch of new products, features, and capabilities including defining the product/feature and go-to-market strategy through both RM and digital channels Ensure end to end product readiness and robustness for product sales, and full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's internal policies Manage internal and external investment partners and/or vendor relationships, engage in negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreements Work with team members to ensure adequate dealing coverage at all times.
