Structures and Mechanical Principal Engineer

MISSION



Belonging to the Operations Engineering team the Structures and Mechanical Principal Engineer will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation and execution of structural and mechanical maintenance for offshore wind assets within the Continental Europe Offshore O&M Hub, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation throughout asset lifetime.







Define and deploy best-in-class practices to maximize availability and production, safeguarding structural integrity and extending asset life where feasible.







RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

+ Define the maintenance strategy for the structural elements (seabed foundations, jackets/monopiles, and transition pieces as key components) of the offshore assets in Continental Europe to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of the fleet following industry best practices.
