Student Accommodation Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
LEASING & MARKETING
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote vacant units / properties
Prepare marketing collaterals, advertisements, and digital campaigns to attract prospective tenants
Conduct market research on rental trends, competitor analysis and customer preferences
Support leasing team in negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements and documentation
Liaise with agents, brokers and external stakeholders to generate leads and close deals
OPERATION & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Oversee daily operations of building / units, including maintenance schedule and vendor management to ensure smooth running of all activities
Monitor tenant move-in / move-out processes to ensure smooth transitions
Handle tenant feedback, complains and service requests in a timely and professional manner
