Student Advisor

Join Malaysia’s premier English language provider as a Student Advisor , where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the student experience. You will support both international and local students from enquiry to graduation — ensuring smooth integration, wellbeing, and success through personalised, student-centred service delivery. The Student Advisor reports to the Centre Director and is responsible for student services, admission operations, administrative and customer services in accordance with the policies and procedures of ELS Language Centres, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Student Services & Welfare: Provide guidance on accommodation, cultural adjustment, and immigration, and university placement. Assist with healthcare referrals, insurance matters, and local service navigation. Serve as the point of contact for student welfare and information.
