Position: Student Affairs- Counsellor & Character Building

Job Responsibilities

• Support students' emotional, social, behavioural, and academic well-being.
• Provide basic counselling and guidance for students under the ADS programme.
• Assist in managing student behaviour, discipline, and attendance matters.
• Plan and conduct character-building activities and programmes.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and management to support student development.
• Maintain simple records of student cases and follow-ups.
• Assist in student activities and program as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with students (school setting preferred).
• Basic counselling and student management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
