Student Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Students Care Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our student care centre. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting students' academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre
Ensure students' safety, discipline, and well-being at all times
Supervise homework and guide students in their learning
Plan and conduct enrichment activities and programmes
Lead and supervise a team of teachers and care staff
Communicate effectively with parents on students' progress and behaviour
Handle administrative duties (attendance, reports, documentation)
Ensure compliance with centre policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Education, Childcare, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in student care / education
