Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the counseling team while overseeing the full student visa process eligibility checks, documentation, application submission, and embassy requirements.
• Provide accurate academic and visa counseling on programs, universities, admission criteria, and country-specific regulations, and ensure team members follow the same standards.
• Review and verify documents for completeness and compliance, and support the team in preparing SOPs, cover letters, and financial documentation.
• Manage and supervise end-to-end applications, including appointments, follow-ups, coordination with universities/partners, and timely updates to students and parents.
• Stay updated on visa and immigration changes, ensure policy awareness across the team, and maintain proper case records in CRMs.
