The Student Enrollment Advisor (External Consultant) is the primary owner of the student journey from Lead to Arrival. The role exists to drive demand conversion, optimize enrollment outcomes, and scale revenue growth while maintaining high student experience and compliance standards. SEAs retain end-to-end ownership.

Demand Conversion & Sales Execution
Manage inbound and outbound leads through the full recruitment funnel
Deliver needs-based advising and course/institution matching
Convert enquiries into applications, offers, and confirmed acceptances
Meet or exceed conversion, application, confirmation, and arrival targets
Student Journey Ownership
Own the student relationship from initial engagement through arrival
Guide students through application, offer, and confirmation processes
Maintain momentum to minimize attrition and deferrals
