The role exists to drive demand conversion, optimize enrollment outcomes, and scale revenue growth while maintaining high student experience and compliance standards. SEAs retain end-to-end ownership.

Demand Conversion & Sales Execution

• Manage inbound and outbound leads through the full recruitment funnel
• Deliver needs-based advising and course/institution matching
• Convert enquiries into applications, offers, and confirmed acceptances
• Meet or exceed conversion, application, confirmation, and arrival targets

Student Journey Ownership

• Own the student relationship from initial engagement through arrival
