Job Summary: The Student Hostel Executive is responsible for the efficient and safe management of a student hostel, ensuring a secure, clean, and supportive living environment for residents. In addition to operational duties, the executive plays a key role in supporting students' academic routines, including monitoring self-study sessions and administering vocabulary and mock tests to encourage academic discipline and progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hostel Operations Manage daily hostel operations including front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Ensure hostel facilities (rooms, study areas, common areas) are clean, functional, and safe. Oversee student check-in/check-out and room allocation processes. 2. Student Welfare & Discipline Act as the first point of contact for student residents regarding concerns, disputes, or emergencies. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful hostel community.
