Student Intern, Business Analyst (BES)

The Business Engagement Services (BES) department of WorkSafeBC is looking for 2 highly motivated, dynamic, innovative Business Analyst interns to join our team to help us strive towards our vision.

The Business Engagement Services (BES) Department in the Innovation, Technology, Analytics, and Property Division of WorkSafeBC is an internal consulting team of approximately 35+ process improvements and technology professionals. We deliver Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management services to help solve business problems. BES is responsible for developing and maintaining consistent and efficient business processes using recognized business process improvement methodologies. BES liaises with management and staff to analyze the way work is currently done and identify process gaps and improvements to support corporate and divisional strategies.

This is a 4 month long coop role starting September 2026.
