Student Intern, Business Analyst (BES)

Overview

The Business Engagement Services (BES) department of WorkSafeBC is looking for 2 highly motivated, dynamic, innovative Business Analyst interns to join our team. This is a 4‑month co‑op role starting September 2026.

What you’ll do

On Day 1 you will meet your manager, set up administrative and technological essentials, and complete onboarding tasks such as security and payroll setup.

During the first week you will engage in a comprehensive onboarding program, partner with your manager to discuss goals, and learn how the department contributes to the overall business strategy.

This role is ideal for an individual with a detective mindset, strong motivation, and a passion for innovation. You will be expected to step beyond your comfort zone and propose ideas that enhance processes and initiatives.
