Job Description

Softlink Construction and Development Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR OJT (On-the-Job Trainee) to join our Human Resources team at our Marikina Office. This is a full-time OJT opportunity designed for students who want hands-on experience in Human Resources operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
• Support HR documentation and filing
• Help coordinate employee records and attendance
• Assist in HR-related reports and administrative tasks
• Perform other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• Must be eligible for OJT / Internship (school requirement)
