The Opportunity

FCA is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Student Intern. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a Student Intern to support our Prevention Coalitions (Aging Safely, Roosevelt, & Hempstead) and OASAS Prevention Program.

The Prevention Coalitions & Program Intern will work closely with the Program Coordinators of the 3 Prevention Coalitions & Program Supervisor of the Prevention Program, as well as the Director of Prevention and Community Engagement.

+ Assist our 3 prevention coalitions and prevention program in organization & implementation of Community Outreach Events/trainings, supporting their media campaign design/development and distribution as well as our youth programs.

+ Assist prevention program with individual & group client assessments & sessions.
