About The Role
The Student Learning Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering a holistic, high-quality student journey at Pickering Institute. This role focuses on student engagement, community building, accommodation management, and end-to-end learning experience coordination, ensuring students are well supported academically, socially, and personally.
The role also requires overseas travel to engage directly with students and parents, particularly in regional markets, and to support our overseas teaching centres and student communities.
Key Responsibilities
Student Experience & Community Engagement
Plan, organise, and manage student community activities, enrichment programmes, orientations, and student-led initiatives.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive student culture across onshore and offshore learning environments.
Act as a primary liaison for student experience and wellbeing matters.
