Identify potential candidates
Provide counselling
Convert leads into successful enrolments.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to and follow up with student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media)
Counsel students and parents about studying in Germany and our preparation programmes
Assess student profiles and eligibility
Guide students through the enrolment process
Follow up consistently to convert leads into registered students
Represent German Educare at education fairs, webinars, and recruitment events
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
