Partnering closely with college teams, in-market colleagues, and regional management, you will drive high-impact recruitment strategies that strengthen Navitas’ regional presence and deliver measurable results. From energizing agent training and hosting high-quality lead generation events to maximizing student conversion and resolving complex stakeholder queries, you will lead dynamic, on-the-ground initiatives that make a real difference.
