Student Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Pipeline Development
Develop and execute a student recruitment strategy to increase enrolments from Pakistan for the UAE universities.
Conduct Counsellor engagement programs, webinars, and outreach events for students and parents.
Represent ABN Global at education fairs, career events, school/university presentations.
Provide timely market insights and competitor mapping to refine recruitment strategies.
2. School Network Management & Channel Development
Identify, onboard, train, and manage school counselors across Pakistan, and promote UAE universities.
Build strong relationships with partners, conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with university policies, brand messaging, and ethical recruitment standards.
Support schools and students with marketing collateral, program updates, and communication resources.
