The Student Success Coach at Builders Academy Australia plays a vital role in our commitment to student achievement. This role is focused on guiding students from the beginning of their course through to graduation. The Student Success Coach will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated throughout their educational journey.

In this role you will: 

• Monitor student attendance, assessments, and LMS access, ensuring students receive timely support and results management.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to guide students in academic progress, goal setting, and overcoming challenges.
