Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Student Success, the Student Success Coordinator is responsible for implementing student initiatives that support student retention and success. The Student Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role ensuring students and their families have a smooth and successful transition experience into and through the University.

Minimum Qualifications
Basic knowledge of student development and resources to promote student success. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, and information systems such as Banner or a comparable program used to edit communication documents, enter and manipulate data, and produce or generate reports.
